Aggregate gradation design of asphalt mixture with stone-to-stone contact based on fuller＇s model

Based on Fuller＇s model, a gradation design is presented for the load-carrying capacity of an asphalt mixture with stone-to-stone contact. The coarse aggregate gradation, fine aggregate and filler gradation are respectively designed for their different effects on an asphalt mixture with stone-to-stone contact. The equation of coarse aggregate gradation is deduced from the Fuller＇s model. Fine aggregate gradation is calculated by using Fuller＇s equation. The asphalt mixture with the 16 mm maximum size of aggregate is verified. When the coefficient of coarse aggregate gradation is 0.35 and fine aggregate gradation is 0.25, the volume parameters of asphalt mixture meet the technical specifications. Moreover, the high temperature stability and crack resistance at low temperature are all well.  相似文献

从一乡主姓的宗族凝聚力,扩大到结合同乡次姓的宗族凝聚力,进而将宗族的血缘认同,巧妙地转化为对乡的地缘认同,是广东省潮州市潮安县金石镇《仙都乡族谱》的创举。仙都乡住了林、谢、董三个宗族,林姓是主姓。该族谱是《仙都乡林氏族谱》的重修,编纂人员主要是该乡林姓族亲,族谱内容不免以林姓为主轴,但破例兼收仙都乡谢、董两个次姓的数据,显示了仙都乡林姓宗族利用同乡诸宗族的凝聚力,淡化宗族同乡会鲜明的血缘性,强化对仙都乡的地缘认同。  相似文献

The influence of school leadership on teachers’ perception of teacher evaluation policy

The understanding of teachers’ perception of new educational policy is crucial since this perception shapes the policy’s implementation. However, quantitative research in this area is scarce. This article draws on empirical data to investigate whether the school leader might influence his teachers’ perception of the new teacher evaluation policy. The conceptualisation of teachers’ perception consists of three policy characteristics: practicality, need and clarifying function. Our results indicate that school leadership influences teachers’ policy perception. More specifically, the structure a school leader provides in a school and the amount of trust teachers have in the school leader have a significant impact on teachers’ perception of the practicality of the new teacher evaluation policy.  相似文献

基于互认证和量子超密编码思想,提出了一种改进型量子直接通信协议.该协议由量子态分发过程和直接通信过程2部分组成,前者的主要目的是实现分发者Trent与用户之间的相互认证,并让2个合法用户(Alice和Bob)共享Bell态;后者将进行Alice与Bob的量子直接通信,以实现两者的消息传递.为了抵抗Eve窃听并同时进行相互身份认证,引入了一种诱骗光子检测方法.与其他同类型协议相比,本协议的量子态分发过程显得更加简单和实用,并且协议本身也更加高效,总效率接近100%.安全分析表明,该协议可有效抵抗窃听攻击、伪装攻击及一些特殊的Trent攻击,包括采用不同初始态的Trent攻击.  相似文献
